All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. • Prices displayed are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity • Online orders may have a minimum order value and delivery fees may apply depending on your location • Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary due to factors such as order volume, weather, and traffic conditions • Payment must be made at the time of ordering through accepted payment methods

All content on this website including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations is the property of Chicking New Zealand or its content suppliers and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Services without explicit written permission from Chicking New Zealand.

If applicable, loyalty points and rewards earned through our programs are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each program. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any loyalty program at any time without prior notice. Abuse or fraudulent accumulation of points may result in forfeiture of points and termination of membership.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chicking New Zealand, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. We are committed to food safety and quality. All our products are 100% Halal certified and prepared in accordance with applicable food safety regulations. However, please note: • Our kitchens handle multiple allergens — we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment • If you have specific dietary requirements or food allergies, please inform our staff before ordering • Please consume products within the recommended timeframe • We are not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from non-disclosed allergies
